Don't know how to store your items correctly?
This is a quick guide to correct storage.
Number 1 Rule:
Never, never, never leave open packets of these products in your pantry, fridge, cupboard etc..
Always use sealed airtight containers to store your items once opened.
Must haves:
Ideal storage (always using airtight containers): In the fridge.
Nuts and fruit and confectionery products are greatly affected by dramatic changes in temperature over short periods of time. If your storage area is constantly exposed to temperatures of over 25 degrees celcuis, this will shorten the shelf life of these products dramatically. Find a cooler area to store your items. You pay lots of money for these lovely treats, so we would like you to get the most out of them, and by storing them correctly, you can enjoy them at their freshest for many many months.

Ideal storage for most items is using airtight containers and placing these in the fridge. If you don't have enough room you will really need to check the storage area that you use is cool at all times during the day and the area does not have direct sunlight streaming in. Ideally, the temperature of storage area should not exceed 25 degrees Celcius at any point during the day.
